Stretch & Play

Round and Round

Why Baby Stretch and Play?

Little Pickles Stretch and Play classes are a great way for parent and baby to socialise, have fun and bond together

Our classes are always baby led, join in as much or as little as you both feel comfortable.

Stretch and Play classes are based on the principles of Yoga, which is physical, mental and spiritual discipline, meaning to 'unite' or 'join together' whether that is the body and mind or in the case of Baby Stretch and Play - Parent and Baby

Stretch and Play classes use gentle stretches and movements to enhance baby's natural abilities.

This helps to improve baby's muscle tone, co-ordination and improves flexibility. We combine these movements for baby with gentle stretches and relaxation for parents
